This role involves owning the development and production of campaigns and content — across video, photography, and digital storytelling — that move fast, look sharp, and deliver results. A full-time, on-site position is available for a creative lead who can own direction, production, and delivery — start to finish.

Collaboration with founders, strategists, and creators is key in bringing brands to life with clarity, energy, and execution that punches above its weight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full creative process for KO's partners — from concept to final delivery
  • Produce high-impact campaigns and content across video, photography, and digital platforms
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and clients to align creative with strategy
  • Manage production timelines, workflows, and creative resources
  • Own the visual expression of our partners' growth — from pitch decks to final edits

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive visual identity for our partners, ensuring consistency and accuracy throughout all marketing materials.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5–6 years of experience across both corporate and startup environments
  • Strong creative direction with hands-on skills in video production and photography
  • Confidence in managing complex projects, tight timelines, and moving parts
  • An understanding of brand strategy and the ability to turn it into compelling visual storytelling
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Visual Communication Management, or Advertising
