Telecommunications Supervisor

This is a supervisory position responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of mobile telephone services. The supervisor will oversee a team of employees and be accountable for managing monthly cellular telephone bills, coordinating with the S-6 on PWS matters, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize work assignments to achieve maximum efficiency while maintaining quality reviews and reconciliations of the monthly cellular telephone bills.
- Establish a flexible and rigid training program that ensures employees are cross-trained in reconciling all monthly telephone bills.
- Conduct a 10% monthly cyclic inventory of Government Furnished Property (GFE) belonging to the Primary Hand Receipt Holder (PHRH) and ensure accountability at all times.
- Write and review Internal Operating Procedures (IOP), Work Instructions (W/I), Forms and submit requests for corrections, additions or deletions.
- Submit Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRL) on the 23rd of each month for review prior to sending to the IMD QC Officer for submission to the COR and ACO.
- Issue mobile telephone SIM Chips for replacement of lost, damaged or stolen chips and authorize new user chips with approval from the Vectrus IMD Director.
- Perform duties of the SSD Manager during absences.
- Ensure the ASG-KU telephone directory is updated and submitted monthly to the COR and printed semi-annually for submission to the USG upon receipt from the printer.
