Customer Service Specialist
Job Description:- Meet and greet customers in a professional manner to understand their vehicle concerns.
- Ensure thorough understanding of customer issues by listening attentively and asking questions.
- Communicate detailed information on service options, pricing, and timelines effectively.
Service Scheduling:
- Schedule appointments for vehicle service, maintenance, and repairs accurately.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work orders efficiently.
- Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicles.
Technical Knowledge:
- Possess strong knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles' features, maintenance requirements, and repair procedures.
- Collaborate with technicians to diagnose vehicle issues accurately.
- Explain technical information to customers in an understandable manner.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate service records, including customer information, service history, and vehicle details.
- Prepare invoices and explain charges to customers clearly.
- Process warranty claims and paperwork efficiently.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with customers after service to gather feedback.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Any)
Experience:
- Years of Experience: 2 - 3 Years
- Field of Experience: Customer Service preferably in an Automotive Industry
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
- Proficient in computer software and systems for scheduling and record-keeping.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing a superior customer experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized with a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with Mercedes-Benz warranty and service policies is a plus.
Work Arrangements:
- Preferred Language: Arabic, English
- Duty Shift / Timings: One Shift / 7:30 am - 4:30 pm OR 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
