Benchmark Fit out is a leading fit-out company looking for a Projects Manager to handle the projects.

  • Responsibilities

As Fitout Projects Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and overseeing complex fit-out projects from start to finish. In addition to the responsibilities of a Fitout Project Manager.
  • Mentoring and leading project teams: As a senior manager, you may be responsible for mentoring and leading junior project managers and project teams to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
  • Developing and implementing project management processes: You may be responsible for developing and implementing project management processes and best practices to ensure that projects are managed effectively and efficiently.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders: You must be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals in the industry to ensure that projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Identifying and managing complex project risks: You must have the ability to identify and manage complex project risks and to implement contingency plans to minimize their impact on the project.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations: You must ensure that all projects are completed in compliance with industry standards and regulations, and that all safety, quality, and environmental considerations are taken into account.

This role requires a highly experienced and skilled professional who has a deep understanding of the design and construction process. They are responsible for managing complex fit-out projects and leading project teams to deliver projects successfully. They must have excellent project management skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
  • 8 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
