Responsibilities:

  1. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in coordination with senior management and clients.
  2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  3. Utilize ODOO and related project management tools for progress tracking and collaboration.
  4. Coordinate with design, procurement, and estimation teams for project inputs.
  5. Supervise the design team and secure client approval for design documents.
  6. Guide planners in developing schedules for individual and company-wide projects.
  7. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to prevent delays.
  8. Allocate project tasks to team members including civil engineers and project managers.
  9. Supervise on-site activities and address technical or operational issues.
  10. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards.
  11. Monitor subcontractor performance to meet milestones and quality benchmarks.
  12. Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and performance oversight.
  13. Promote a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
  14. Control project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving strategies.
  15. Review and approve project expenditures and Variation Orders.
  16. Serve as the main liaison with clients, providing updates and resolving issues.
  17. Coordinate handovers, testing, commissioning, and client training.
  18. Identify and mitigate project risks; ensure regulatory and HSE compliance.
  19. Maintain thorough documentation and manage contract close-outs.
  20. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing completed projects and proposing enhancements.
  21. Stay current with industry trends in pool construction and water features.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
  2. Eligibility for membership in the Kuwait Society of Engineers with documentation.
  3. Proven ability in work scheduling and resource management.
  4. PMP Certification or equivalent preferred.
  5. At least 10+ years of project management experience in construction, ideally in swimming pool or MEP sectors.
  6. Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  7. Proficiency in project management software including ODOO, MS Project, and Primavera.
  8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  9. Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
