Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to oversee project execution and ensure alignment with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

About the Role

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring project performance, driving improvements in operational efficiency, and facilitating effective communication among project stakeholders. This role requires a proactive individual who can implement best practices in project management and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Establish Project Management Standards

    Develop and maintain project management standards and processes to ensure consistent execution across projects.

  2. Monitor Project Performance

    Track project performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on project status and outcomes.

  3. Facilitate Communication

    Coordinate project kickoff meetings and ongoing updates to ensure alignment among cross-functional teams.

  4. Risk Management

    Identify risks and issues in project execution and lead mitigation and resolution efforts.

  5. Collaboration and Support

    Work closely with project managers to support the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

  6. Documentation and Tracking

    Maintain a centralized project tracking system to capture project documentation, schedules, and budgets.

  7. Training and Development

    Support training and development initiatives for project managers and team members on project management best practices.

  8. Process Improvement

    Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with experience in a PMO environment preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
