About the Transformation Analyst Role

As a key player in our organisation, you will be responsible for driving transformation initiatives across multiple business functions. This involves gathering and analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement, supporting large-scale transformation projects, and enhancing overall performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct data mining and statistical analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Design reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Strategic & Organisational Analysis: Analyse business processes, organisational structures, and performance management systems to identify areas for strategic transformation. Collaborate with senior management to define business objectives and help shape the transformation strategy.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders across teams. Communicate complex analysis and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Project Management & Delivery: Lead key workstreams within large-scale transformation projects. Apply project management techniques to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Performance Improvement & Change Management: Support the implementation of performance management frameworks. Assist in managing change processes to ensure smooth transitions.
RequirementsExperience
  • At least 3 years of experience in transformation, consulting, or data analysis. Proven experience managing large-scale transformation projects.
  • Strong background in business process optimisation and organisational design.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence tools and advanced Excel skills.
Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Certifications in change management, project management, or data analysis are desirable.
