Serving the nation's most critical missions requires a deep understanding of complex intelligence operations. As a Senior All-Source Analyst HUMINT Focus, you will play a pivotal role in providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

The Opportunity

  • Support multi-faceted Intelligence Support services, including Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysis, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysis, and Counterintelligence (CI) Support.
  • Collaborate with assigned military units to develop and implement effective intelligence strategies.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and reporting on various aspects of CI/HUMINT, CT, political, and military issues.
  • Develop expertise in utilizing standard computer applications and intelligence-related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
  • Brief senior-level personnel on complex information, ensuring clear articulation of key findings.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree AND eight years of DoD specialized training.
  • Experience: At least eight years analytical experience, with at least two years in CI/HUMINT/intelligence analysis at the operational/strategic level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies.
  • Hold TS/SCI clearance.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in assessing sources and their reporting through corroboration of source reporting and providing analytical feedback.
  • Possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills.

Additional Information

  • Deployed experience in Afghanistan, Iraq/SWA regional issues, and CI/HUMINT, CT, political, and military analysis.
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining strategic debriefing reports, foreign government information analysis, and exploitation (DOMEX and MEDEX).
