Key responsibilities include:
- Technical Support: Providing technical support of the sales process across various products and solutions.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Cooperating with sales teams in assessing potential applications of products to meet customer business needs.
- Product Demonstrations: Conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely or at customer locations to showcase the value proposition of products.
- Proof of Concept Solutions: Building complex, multi-product proof of concept solutions for customer evaluations as part of a sales engagement process.
- Technical Expertise: Leveraging product knowledge to provide technical expertise to internal sales teams, partners, and end-users.
- Customer Requirements Mapping: Developing customer requirements that map solutions, assisting with overcoming technical and competitive objections, and accelerating the technical evaluation component of the sales cycle to close deals.
- Consultative Sales Process: Leveraging the consultative sales process to prospective users to determine product capability assessment and validation as it applies to the technical sales process.
- Design/Selling Success: Working on issues that impact design/selling success or addressing future concepts, products, or technologies.
Requirements:
- A university degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering subject.
- Minimum 2 years proven experience as Pre-Sales Engineer.
- Good communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills and in workshop-driven sessions.
- Proven self-starter with the ability to multitask and set priorities under pressure.
- Client-focused attitude and a team player.
