Key responsibilities include:

  • Technical Support: Providing technical support of the sales process across various products and solutions.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Cooperating with sales teams in assessing potential applications of products to meet customer business needs.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely or at customer locations to showcase the value proposition of products.
  • Proof of Concept Solutions: Building complex, multi-product proof of concept solutions for customer evaluations as part of a sales engagement process.
  • Technical Expertise: Leveraging product knowledge to provide technical expertise to internal sales teams, partners, and end-users.
  • Customer Requirements Mapping: Developing customer requirements that map solutions, assisting with overcoming technical and competitive objections, and accelerating the technical evaluation component of the sales cycle to close deals.
  • Consultative Sales Process: Leveraging the consultative sales process to prospective users to determine product capability assessment and validation as it applies to the technical sales process.
  • Design/Selling Success: Working on issues that impact design/selling success or addressing future concepts, products, or technologies.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering subject.
  • Minimum 2 years proven experience as Pre-Sales Engineer.
  • Good communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills and in workshop-driven sessions.
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to multitask and set priorities under pressure.
  • Client-focused attitude and a team player.
