Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to drive the growth and development of regional chain brands across designated territories.

About the Role
  • Develop and operate regional chain brands, promoting user growth and improving scale within designated territories while executing a sales strategy to meet performance goals.
  • Foster cooperation between regional chain brands and platforms on marketing, promotional activities, user operations, and other areas to enhance brand image and reputation.
  • Analyze data to inform customer delivery operation iteration and promote platform-brand integration, applying expertise in brand industry characteristics to develop professional solutions.
  • Maintain effective communication with the distribution department, serving as a bridge between brands and platforms, and collaborate with the distribution team to improve brand distribution strategies.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and proposal skills, strong execution ability, and capacity to drive business cooperation quickly.
  • Exhibit strong business negotiation skills, market development ability, customer/user insight, and willingness to accept challenges.
  • Embody integrity, resilience, passion for work, and team spirit.
  • Show proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing English and Arabic.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the food delivery, catering, or retail industry.
  • Conversational proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
