This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily supply operations, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand supply chain requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, and tracking stock levels.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the supply chain process.
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain management or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with AIS systems or civilian equivalents.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
