Key Account Manager

- Manage a portfolio of Deliveroo's most important restaurants in Kuwait, including high-sales volume drivers and global restaurant brands.You will maintain and grow relationships with these partners.
- Lead the delivery agenda with your partners to ensure they are operating with excellent fundamentals, and define and execute joint initiatives that drive sustainable growth for both Deliveroo and your partners.
- Lead the day-to-day management of your accounts, interacting primarily with stakeholders who manage daily projects or operations. You will work on negotiations and longer-term account plans in collaboration with your Restaurant Partner.
- Demonstrate the ability to resolve day-to-day issues and problem-solve independently, seeking advice for more complex problems when necessary.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments (Marketing, Operations) to lead new projects and drive initiatives forward
What Skills You'll Need
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a relevant industry
- Very data conversant with an ability to utilise and analyze data to tell a story
- Great organisational skills with excellent team-player qualities
- Passionate about people and growing relationships
- Enjoy working in a constantly evolving environment
- Demonstrate strong competency using Microsoft Office tools and related project/program management applications to drive best practice
- Proficient with G-Suite
- Strong knowledge of the restaurant industry is a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
