Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or in a related role, preferably within property management.
  2. Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market in Kuwait, including local trends and property regulations.
  3. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and close deals effectively.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and convincingly.
  5. Strong analytical skills to conduct market analysis and determine property values.
  6. Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems to manage listings and client relationships.
  7. Results-oriented with strong sales and marketing capabilities, including familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
  8. A valid real estate license in Kuwait is required.
  9. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
