The Job in a NutshellWe are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in driving Foodics' growth by sourcing, closing, and maximizing revenue from new and existing partners, focusing on selling our SaaS software to restaurants. The Sales Executive will expand our international reach and enhance collaboration with digital third-party integration apps. What Will You Do?- Achieve Targets: Maintain a high closing ratio on qualified leads and meet/exceed KPIs to hit sales targets.
- Lead Generation and Acquisition: Generate new leads via digital marketing and industry events; convert demos into sales.
- Relationship Management: Build relationships with new strategic partners and maintain positive relations with existing ones.
- CRM Proficiency: Use CRM systems to track and report sales activities meticulously.
- Data-Driven Approach: Use data and CRM insights to refine sales strategies.
- Pipeline Generation: Build a sales pipeline four times the monthly quota.
- Skill Development: Complete training on new features and sales techniques; achieve high scores on assessments.
- Innovative Mindset: Contribute creative ideas to drive business growth.
- BS/BA in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-3 years of sales experience in IT, FMCG, Software, or SaaS preferred; talented fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal car; willingness to conduct fieldwork.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-changing environment.
- Passionate about technology and SaaS growth.
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or F&B industries.
- Proactive, with a history of exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborative team player passionate about growth and innovation.
