Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Central Cloud Kitchen Operations

About Us:

We are a dynamic and fast-growing cloud kitchen operation based in Kuwait, serving multiple distinctive F&B brands under one centralized kitchen. Our current portfolio includes five diverse brands: Neqsa, Msakhan Factory, Zwara, Planet Waraq Enab, and La Paris. Each offers a unique culinary experience delivered through an entirely digital, delivery-only model. We are also preparing to launch six new brands as part of our aggressive growth strategy.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and hands-on Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our centralized cloud kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will oversee strategic direction, operational management, marketing, e-commerce, and digital presence of our current and upcoming brands. This role requires a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment with a deep understanding of food delivery trends, brand positioning, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's overall strategy, aligning all brands under a unified vision while maintaining their individual identities.
2. Operational Oversight: Lead day-to-day operations across all kitchen and delivery activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with food safety standards.
3. Brand Management: Drive the success and performance of all five existing brands and support the development and launch of six new concepts.
4. Marketing & Social Media: Oversee all aspects of marketing, including content strategy, campaign execution, and brand storytelling across digital channels.
5. E-commerce Management: Lead the development and optimization of digital sales platforms, ensuring seamless customer experiences and maximizing conversion rates.
6. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team across operations, marketing, kitchen staff, and support roles.
7. Financial Management: Own the P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions; ensure financial sustainability and growth.
8. Innovation & Expansion: Stay ahead of food trends, technology innovations, and customer behaviors to continuously evolve and improve the brand portfolio and operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in this field
2. Proven experience in a senior leadership role (preferably CEO/COO/General Manager) in the food delivery, cloud kitchen, or hospitality sector.
3. Strong track record of launching and scaling F&B brands, especially in a digital-first or delivery-only environment.
4. Deep knowledge of Kuwait's food delivery market, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
5. Experience managing digital marketing, social media strategy, and e-commerce platforms.
6. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
7. Strong business acumen with the ability to manage multiple brands, teams, and priorities simultaneously.
8. Candidates must be of Arab nationality, with a strong cultural understanding of the regional market.
9. Fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
10. Must present a success story from a previous role—demonstrating results, growth metrics, or impactful business transformation that directly ties to your leadership and strategy.
