We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our RFID team, ensuring proper maintenance and cross-functional support while exceeding service, quality, safety, and cost objectives.
About the JobThis position is responsible for leading operational excellence in RFID maintenance, providing prompt support for equipment malfunctions, managing spare parts inventory, and collaborating with process and product teams for new product/process development.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead operational excellence in RFID maintenance, surpassing service, quality, safety, and cost objectives.
- Provide prompt support for equipment malfunctions.
- Manage spare parts inventory.
- Collaborate with process and product teams for new product/process development.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, at least 5 years of manufacturing experience with a focus on team leadership, strong communication skills in English, and experience with Flexo printing platforms is advantageous.
Preferred Skills:- Certifications in improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) are preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office is preferred.
- Experience or education related to US or European markets is a plus.
