As a Social Media Officer (Account Associate) at Bricks, you'll be responsible for managing clients and their accounts, implementing social media strategies, and fostering strong client relationships. With your strategic mindset and creative flair, you'll collaborate with clients to develop engaging content and execute impactful social media campaigns alongside the Creative Executives & the production team.

Daily Responsibilities

  1. Manage and nurture assigned client social media accounts, serving as their primary point of contact and building lasting partnerships.
  2. Collaborate with clients to develop innovative social media strategies that align with their goals and objectives.
  3. Create content calendars and schedule posts to ensure a consistent social media presence.
  4. Write compelling captions that resonate with the target audience and reflect the client's brand personality.
  5. Seek client approval for content and incorporate feedback creatively.
  6. Publish and repost content across platforms, utilizing best practices for engagement.
  7. Monitor and respond to client inquiries and comments promptly, fostering brand loyalty.
  8. Generate monthly reports analyzing campaign performance and offering strategic insights.
  9. Research industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  10. Collaborate with creative and production teams for seamless campaign execution.
  11. Share props and casting documents with clients for input and approval.
  12. Work with the Creative team to align strategies with visual content.
  13. Stay updated on social media trends, platforms, and best practices.
  14. Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting overall agency success.

Skills & Competencies

  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge in media.
  • Up-to-date with handling platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn.
  • Ability to interpret social media analytics and generate reports.
  • Strong project management skills with professionalism and responsibility.
  • Creative thinking and innovative contributions.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills for client and team interactions.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to monitor social channels outside official hours.
  • Proactive in understanding and addressing client needs.
  • Outstanding time management for handling various campaigns.
  • Current knowledge of industry trends and company offerings.
