About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for anOutlet Manager to joinFood & Beverage atJumeirah Messilah Beach. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring adherence to Jumeirah Hallmarks, service standards, cleanliness, and efficient handling of reservations, supplies, and facilities.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate staff performance; foster professional development, enforce discipline, and ensure alignment with hotel policies and HR standards.
  • Maintain a refined and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring exceptional, consistent service across all dining periods while addressing guest feedback, concerns, and public relations.
  • Manage departmental budgets, control food and beverage costs, oversee inventory, and analyze financial reports including P&L statements to drive profitability.
  • Collaborate with kitchen, finance, HR, and other departments to align on menus, marketing, staff support, safety, and strategic initiatives including special events.
  • Maintain daily communication logs, prepare reports, develop goals and strategies, monitor workloads, and remain proactive in identifying and resolving operational issues.
About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
  • Should have 2-year minimum experience in same role in a five-star hotel.
  • Excellent communication skills, service-oriented, and attentive to detail and quality standards.
  • Ability to perform personal training and lead multiple group classes for both adults and kids.
  • Knowledge of Micros Point of Sale system and Italian Restaurant experience.
  • Hospitality-driven, focused on delivering exceptional service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
