Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and analyze food and beverage costs to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  2. Prepare detailed cost reports, identifying variances and providing actionable recommendations.
  3. Develop and maintain systems for tracking expenses, waste, and inventory usage.
  4. Collaborate with purchasing and kitchen teams to optimize inventory levels and raw material usage.
  5. Conduct routine stock audits and reconcile inventory to identify discrepancies and prevent losses.
  6. Ensure compliance with internal policies, budget controls, and industry best practices.
  7. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without affecting quality or operations.
  8. Support menu pricing strategies by analyzing cost structures and profit margins.

Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
