We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee and manage marketing activities for various brands and subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading market research initiatives to understand and define market trends, developing marketing and branding strategies, creating annual marketing plans, managing social media presence, and leading marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and branding strategies.
  • Create and manage annual marketing plans to support business growth and brand positioning.
  • Oversee and enhance the company's presence across various social media platforms.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in a multi-brand environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and market research.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
