We are looking for a proactive and capable Marketing Manager to take full ownership of executing FutureTEC's marketing strategy across our core regions: Kuwait, Jordan, and Bahrain. This role is key to driving brand visibility, vendor-aligned campaigns, and market presence across cybersecurity, infrastructure, and data innovation business lines.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales, Presales, and Vendor Alliance teams, while ensuring that all marketing activities are aligned with our business goals and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business strategy and vendor priorities.
  • Own the full lifecycle of campaigns — from planning to execution to performance tracking.
  • Manage vendor marketing programs (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, Nutanix), including MDF planning, campaign execution, and claims.
  • Lead content creation efforts — including case studies, datasheets, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Plan and manage events, webinars, trade shows, and partner campaigns across regions.
  • Oversee digital presence: website updates, social media content, and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Track KPIs and ROI of all marketing activities and provide executive-level reporting.
  • Coordinate with agencies, media partners, and creative teams as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the IT or cybersecurity sector.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, digital campaigns, and vendor programs.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems.

Preferred

  • Experience with regional marketing across GCC or MENA.
  • Familiarity with MDF policies and partner marketing programs (e.g., Fortinet, Microsoft, Nutanix).
  • Strong copywriting and content development skills.
