Description

The Key Account Manager will lead the acquisition of new clients and management of existing accounts, driving sales growth and revenue. They will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions that align with the organization's technology strategy.Roles and Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Lead the acquisition of new clients and management of existing accounts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients at the executive level.
  • Understand clients' business needs and provide solutions that align with the organization's technology strategy.
  • Prepare and present proposals and sales contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Mentor and coach junior sales team members
  • Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the manager as needed, to adapt to business requirements and organizational changes.

Qualifications

To apply to this role, you must meet the below minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 7 – 10 years of experience.
