To meet the key performance indicators for executing the strategic directions and goals by promoting and providing access to our products for healthcare professionals, in accordance with company guidelines and policies.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage territory through planning and executing field activities, coverage, frequency, and doctors' group meetings with proper reporting, under the guidance of the sales manager.
- Map accounts by identifying relevant stakeholders who can address patients' unmet medical needs to facilitate the implementation of functional plans.
- Engage customers by utilizing Biopharma-MEA values, disease area and product knowledge, skills, and resources effectively to meet unmet patient needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful strategy execution, product launches, and patient access to medication.
- Execute appropriate call flow to each customer.
- Represent the company, team, and yourself professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory agencies, and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proven commercial experience with a successful track record in product enlistment and achievements for at least four years in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in hematology, rare diseases, or specialty diseases is a plus.
- Experience in Qatar is a plus.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office.
- Strong selling skills and flexible interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
- Strong commitment to meeting timelines and achieving tasks.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations, identify issues, seek solutions, and present options.
- Ability to identify opportunities and challenges and communicate effectively with management.
- Uphold values of integrity, respect, accountability, excellence, ownership, and teamwork.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively as per business needs.
- Willing to exert extra effort in the territory to achieve goals.
