Job Summary/Purpose:

Supervise the sale of retail cars according to the sales strategy and CSI targets, while maintaining showroom standards, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Operational:

  1. Share and assign targets to sales staff, review performance, prepare sales reports, and submit them to the Senior/Manager, Vehicle Sales with recommendations.
  2. Check cash and credit invoices, delivery notes, Traffic Department documentation, submit for approval to the Senior/Manager, Vehicle Sales, and send copies to the Finance Department.
  3. Conduct inventory of stationery, electrical, and office equipment and ensure supplies are maintained.
  4. Propose vehicle order recommendations to meet customer requirements.
  5. Check all vehicle reservations with sales staff daily.
  6. Follow up with the Delivery Center to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
  7. Arrange vehicle replacements as per customer requests; send Vehicle Prepare Orders to the showroom.
  8. Attend to and follow up on customer queries related to sales and vehicle maintenance.
  9. Address and resolve escalated customer complaints and meet customer requests in accordance with company policies.
  10. Ensure compliance with all company and departmental policies regarding vehicle purchase, registration, insurance, and payment by customers.
  11. Maintain showroom safety standards as per TMC standards and local Kuwait regulations.

People Management:

  1. Assign duties and review work for accuracy, neatness, and policy compliance.
  2. Monitor employee attendance, report absences, prepare annual leave plans, and manage overtime sheets via SAP HCM for management approval.
  3. Explain and advise staff on group policies and quality standards, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
  4. Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff, supplying necessary information and materials for job performance.
  5. Receive and escalate employee grievances promptly to management.
