A dynamic opportunity awaits in this role as a Supervisor in Vehicle Sales. Reporting to the Senior/Manager, Vehicle Sales, your primary focus will be on supervising the sale of retail cars, adhering to our established sales strategy and CSI targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Performance:
  • Set and review sales targets for sales staff, preparing detailed sales reports for submission to senior management.
  • Review cash and credit invoices, delivery notes, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee inventory of office supplies and equipment, maintaining adequate stock levels.
  • Recommend vehicle orders to meet customer requirements, prioritizing timely deliveries and high-quality service.
  • Daily monitoring of vehicle reservations with sales staff ensures seamless coordination and minimizes delays.
  • Work closely with the delivery center to ensure prompt vehicle delivery and exceed customer expectations.
  • Coordinate replacement vehicles as needed, liaising with customers and showroom staff to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Timely response to customer inquiries regarding vehicle sales and maintenance is essential, providing effective solutions to their queries.
  • Swift resolution of escalated customer complaints, meeting customer requests while adhering to company policies.
  • Ensure showroom safety standards are met, aligning with Toyota Motor Corporation regulations and local laws.
Team Leadership:
  • Delegate tasks, review work quality, and enforce group policies and quality standards among team members.
  • Track employee attendance, report absences, and manage overtime sheets on SAP HCM for approval, promoting accountability and fairness.
  • Communicate and enforce health and safety standards, emphasizing importance among team members.
  • Deliver on-the-job training and coaching to staff, providing necessary resources and support for growth and development.
  • Escalate grievances raised by subordinates to management, addressing concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
