  • Designing and implementing contingency plans to ensure the company's network operates smoothly in the event of a problem.
  • Staying informed about new network technologies and reporting this information to the executive team on a quarterly basis.
  • Collaborating closely with other department managers to assess growth needs and maintenance requirements for the company's network.
  • Managing various technologies and providing administrative support for different systems.
  • Providing technical assistance and understanding various IT troubleshooting methods.
  • Controlling and monitoring data, network access, and backup systems.
  • Negotiating and communicating with third-party software providers for new software and troubleshooting purposes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience in the information technology space and resolving various software and hardware problems.
  • Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.
