The Social Media Officer manages Papa John's social media presence, creating and posting approved content to grow engagement across platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

Track social media performance, implement trends, and ensure alignment with Papa John's Brand Guidelines & marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute social media content, including new marketing plans & approaches.
  2. Create, edit, and post engaging daily content for multiple platforms.
  3. Monitor trends and suggest strategies to boost organic growth.
  4. Manage cross-platform content and analyze engagement metrics.
  5. Translate and confidently post content in both Arabic and English.
