  • Manage the daily schedule and calendar of General Manager, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and internal communications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Organize and coordinate company events and off-site meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials to support executive decision-making.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure timely follow-up on action items and deliverables.

Basic Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities; strong written and verbal communication; high level of discretion and confidentiality; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
