Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and monitor project-specific HSE plans in compliance with KOC/KNPC/KIPIC standards.
  2. Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections on-site.
  3. Investigate incidents and ensure timely reporting and implementation of corrective actions.
  4. Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for site personnel.
  5. Maintain safety documentation and ensure compliance with local regulations and client requirements.
  6. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and client HSE representatives.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety (or related field).
  2. Must be approved by KOC, KNPC, or KIPIC as a Safety Engineer.
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil & gas or construction industry.
  4. In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and international safety standards (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO).
  5. Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
  6. Must be currently available in Kuwait with a valid transferable visa (Article 18).
