The Opportunity: Red Cactus is currently seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead a series of pop-up shops in KSA and our first luxury beauty store in Riyadh. The Store Manager will focus on coaching and developing frontline teams, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Retail Operations Manager, the Store Manager will oversee overall performance, recruitment, operational management, and inventory management. They will create and execute an agile business plan to attract customers through customer centricity and relationship management. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious leader capable of developing high-performing and happy teams by helping others reach their full potential.

The Role: Store Manager excellence requires full-time in-store presence. Responsibilities include recruiting a best-in-class team to deliver excellent customer experience, managing store operations to achieve sales objectives and KPIs aligned with the brand's vision, monitoring and analyzing sales performance, and providing reports to maximize stock potential. The Store Manager will coach the sales team regularly to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and demonstrate hands-on sales leadership. They will maintain staffing levels, prepare schedules, and ensure adequate shift coverage. The role also involves planning for seasonal peaks, contributing to marketing strategies and in-store events via communication with regional management, managing inventory and stock levels, and maintaining operational excellence in line with regional culture and local legislation through regular training initiatives.

The Candidate: Key attributes include proven retail management experience within the GCC retail beauty industry, extensive experience with customer and sales service targets and KPIs, retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management, strong interpersonal and communication skills, business acumen, and fluency in English and Arabic.
