The Job Purpose of a Business Administrator is to provide administrative support to Management along with other secretarial duties.
Job Responsibilities- Typing all correspondence, including letters, memos, schedules, and agendas.
- Handling independent business correspondence for the division (incoming and outgoing).
- Directing incoming telephone calls to the appropriate recipients.
- Managing, organizing, and updating relevant data; maintaining a proper filing system.
- Organizing all business-related events such as training sessions and team meetings.
- Arranging travel and hotel reservations for business trips and visitors, including visa processing.
- Preparing employee change of status forms and recruitment requests (new appointments, terminations, resignations).
- Coordinating with the personnel office, especially on residence-related matters.
- Coordinating tasks, projects, and staff across various locations in Kuwait, including warehouses, offices, suppliers, and business partners.
- Managing the division's stationery requirements.
- Overseeing the division's timesheets and tracking/resolving various matters.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Solid knowledge of Kuwait.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet.
- Self-motivated, driven, proactive, and capable of working independently under tight deadlines.
- Ability to multitask, handle demanding customers (internal and external), liaise across departments, and work systematically with strong time management skills.
