Long Description / Job Summary

The purpose of a Business Administrator is to provide administrative support to management along with other secretarial duties.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Typing all correspondence, including letters, memos, schedules, agendas, trackers, etc.
  2. Handling independent business correspondence for the division (incoming and outgoing).
  3. Directing incoming telephone calls to the appropriate recipient.
  4. Managing, organizing, and updating relevant data; maintaining a proper filing system for the division.
  5. Organizing all business-related events such as training sessions and team meetings.
  6. Organizing travel and hotel reservations for business trips and visitors, as well as visa processing.
  7. Preparing onboarding activities for new employees.
  8. Coordinating with the personnel office on in-residence matters and maintaining related trackers.
  9. Coordinating tasks, projects, and staff across various locations in Kuwait, including warehouses, offices, suppliers, and business partners.
  10. Managing the division's stationery requirements.
  11. Supporting employees in initiating requests through Talent Hub (e.g., salary certificates, leave requests, bank info changes, passport requests, resignations, offboarding, expense claims).
  12. Consolidating outbound sales lists and coordinating with the warehouse for deliveries.
  13. Providing general administrative support to the division as needed.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Diploma Degree in Business Administration.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Good knowledge of Kuwait.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask, handle demanding internal and external customers, liaise across departments, and work systematically with strong time management skills.
Education

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration.
