Job Title: Business Administrator

As a business administrator, you will provide critical support to management and other teams by handling various administrative tasks.

The role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing data and documents, organizing events and travel arrangements, and preparing onboarding activities for new employees.

You will also be responsible for coordinating with the personnel office, maintaining trackers, and consolidating sales lists. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the division as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Typing all correspondence such as letters, memos, schedules, agendas, and trackers.
  • Handling independent business correspondence for the division (incoming and outgoing).
  • Directing incoming telephone calls to the appropriate recipients.
  • Managing, organizing, and updating relevant data; maintaining a proper filing system for the division.
  • Organizing all business-related events such as training sessions and team meetings.
  • Organizing travel and hotel reservations for business trips and visitors, as well as visa processing.
  • Preparing onboarding activities for new employees.
  • Coordinating with the personnel office on in-residence matters and maintaining a tracker.
  • Coordinating tasks, projects, and staff across various locations in Kuwait, including warehouses, offices, suppliers, and business partners.
  • Managing the division's stationery requirements.
  • Supporting employees with requests via an HR system.
  • Consolidating outbound sales lists and coordinating with the warehouse for deliveries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Diploma Degree in Business Administration.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Solid knowledge of Kuwait's wider region.
  • Planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask, handle demanding customers, liaise across departments, and manage time effectively.
