- Responsible for RFID production workshop management.
- Ensure delivery reliability meets customer needs.
- Implement 6S to ensure the production team can meet the company's EHS requirements.
- Continuously improve production processes.
- Maintain and continuously improve product quality.
- Continuously improve and upgrade the production tools.
- Communicate with cooperative departments to keep production going smoothly.
- Ensure all employees participate in company-organized training(such as ISO9001, FSC, EHS) and comply with relevant procedures and WI regulations.
- Provide assistance to improve technical knowledge and operation skill of production employee, develop backup talents for production team.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
- Bachelor's degree or higher is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic product production, with a strong preference for RFID industry expertise. At least 2 years of demonstrable management experience is required.
- Proficient English reading and writing skills are essential. Advanced spoken English is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer operations and relevant software applications is crucial.
- Exceptional teamwork abilities and a proven track record of collaborative success are imperative.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for effective interaction with all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to coach and develop team members are essential for this role.
