1. Supervising daily laundry activities, ensuring timely washing, drying, ironing, and delivery of linen and guest garments.
2. Monitoring quality control standards, ensuring all laundry is handled with care and meets hotel standards.
3. Scheduling and coordinating laundry staff to optimize productivity and coverage.
4. Handling guest requests for laundry and dry-cleaning services promptly and professionally.
5. Maintaining inventory of linens, uniforms, and laundry supplies, coordinating with Purchasing as needed.
6. Ensuring equipment maintenance and cleanliness of the laundry area in accordance with health and safety standards.
7. Training and guiding laundry team members, fostering a culture of teamwork, efficiency, and service excellence.

1. Previous experience as a Laundry Supervisor or a senior laundry role in a hotel or similar environment.
2. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
3. A detail-oriented mindset focused on quality and guest satisfaction.
4. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
5. Good knowledge of laundry machinery and fabric care requirements.
6. Professional grooming and a positive, team-first attitude.
