About the Client:
The client is a rapidly growing automotive dealership in Kuwait, known for its remarkable triple-digit year-on-year growth. With multiple sales points and after-sales centers across the country, it is recognized for its strong customer service and reputation in the automotive market. The company is the exclusive distributor of a leading passenger car brand with a strategic partnership that has solidified its position as a key player in Kuwait's automotive industry.
About the Role:
The Service Advisor plays a vital role as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring that all service interactions are handled with efficiency and professionalism. This role is responsible for assessing customer needs, scheduling and coordinating service appointments, providing cost estimates, and ensuring compliance with MG's service standards.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required; a background in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Certification from a recognized automotive manufacturer is considered an added advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in a service advisor or customer service role within the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of service processes and customer interaction.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems, service scheduling tools, and basic computer applications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical information to non-technical customers.
- A customer-focused approach with strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with technicians, sales teams, and aftersales departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is preferred.
