proposal engineer

Objective: To assist in the preparation of submissions (pre-bid, in particular) towards proposals, pre-qualifications, expression of interests.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Assists and coordinate in the preparation of pre-bid submissions.
2. Assists in allocation and follow-up of the Action List and Table of Contents for each submission.
3. Compiles and consolidate various department technical and financial inputs in the required formats and discuss status and conclusion.
4. Reviews quality of submission, discussions and graphical enhancements.
5. Develops Business Development database by evaluating profiles and capabilities of International Consultants for future alliances.
6. Compiles requisite information on active Proposals and business Enquiries for the monthly management report.
7. Assists in PowerPoint presentations and hand-outs as required to support submissions presentations efforts.
8. Assists in the overall documentation, regular updates and coordination of activities in the Business Development Department.
9. Contribute efficiently in ensuring proper archiving and filling procedures submissions and related data.
10. Assists in communication with Client, sub-consultants (and any other participants) and coordinate with SSH Department in identifying their inputs and addressing the specific requirements.
11. Initiates and Prepares the Technical and Financial Proposals; Collates and Prepares spreadsheets, etc as required.
12. Follow-up logistical requirements for the submissions.
13. Carries out post-submission follow-ups and update database.
14. Has regular client feedback and development/updating of database and the project status.
15. Establishes the Bids/Projects at ERP Software and follows up with various Bid Stakeholders for the timely signing-off of the Bid Workflow Stages.

Duration: Permanent

Qualifications: Degree in Construction, Engineering or Architecture.

Previous experience: 4-5 years' experience in the relevant industry with effective coordination and communication skills and proficiency in computer applications.
