About The Manager In Training (MIT) Role

The Manager in Training (MIT) role is an exciting program that gives local Kuwaiti nationals a great opportunity to learn and grow in a luxury Four Seasons hospitality environment. This program offers opportunities to advance into a managerial role upon completion. The program will last 12-18 months and includes rotations into different learning opportunities, gaining thorough knowledge of various roles/responsibilities, and developing essential skills and principles needed to be successful in a Luxury Hotel. The program has close guidance from the Learning & Development Manager and the leadership team.
