About the location:

What You Will Do
  • Prepare and cook food following standard recipes, procedures, and portion sizes.
  • Assist in establishing and adhering to standard recipes while ensuring consistent taste, temperature, and presentation of dishes.
  • Support the Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie in product development and smooth kitchen operations.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Manage shifts and ensure timely requisition and preparation of required items.
  • Create appealing room amenities and support special food projects as needed.
  • Ensure equipment functionality and proper maintenance.
  • Uphold Four Seasons food standards and comply with food safety protocols, including halal preparation.
  • Collaborate with chefs and management for seamless kitchen operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including spa cuisine, packaging, and food merchandising.

What You Bring
  • At least 2 years experience in the similar role in a five-star luxury hotel.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Works well in a team environment ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Be thorough and pay attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Active listening skills.
