Position Summary

Assist and direct Stewards to improve cleanup efficiency. Ensure water temperature and chemical levels are appropriate and documented. Support banquet plate-ups and assist kitchen staff with various tasks. Provide necessary items to cooks and support banquet and buffet operations by transporting and stocking supplies. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including dishwashers, hand wash stations, pot-scrubbing stations, and trash compactors.

Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees. Follow all safety, security, and company policies; report accidents and unsafe conditions. Maintain a professional appearance and confidentiality. Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate their needs, and communicate professionally. Develop positive relationships and support team goals. Adhere to quality standards. Physically capable of moving objects up to 50 pounds, standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and performing physical tasks including reaching, bending, twisting, and working on uneven surfaces. Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • No certifications required.
