What You Will Do
  1. Prepare and cook food following standard recipes, procedures, and portion sizes.
  2. Assist in establishing and adhering to standard recipes while ensuring consistent taste, temperature, and presentation of dishes.
  3. Support the Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie in product development and smooth kitchen operations.
  4. Maintain high standards of food quality, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness.
  5. Manage shifts and ensure timely requisition and preparation of required items.
  6. Create appealing room amenities and support special food projects as needed.
  7. Ensure equipment functionality and proper maintenance.
  8. Uphold Four Seasons' food standards and comply with food safety protocols, including halal preparation.
  9. Collaborate with chefs and management for seamless kitchen operations.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned, including spa cuisine, packaging, and food merchandising.
What You Bring
  1. At least 2 years' experience in a similar role in a five-star luxury hotel.
  2. Ability to work well under pressure.
  3. Works well in a team environment; ability to work effectively under pressure.
  4. Be thorough and pay attention to detail.
  5. Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  6. Active listening skills.
