Job Description

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Territory Manager to support their EndoMech Energy business. The main responsibility is to drive business growth compared to the previous year and to meet 100% of sales goals quarterly and annually.

Main Accountabilities
  1. Identify relevant quarterly target customers across all segments to meet Business Plans.
  2. Achieve quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales goals efficiently.
  3. Follow the sales process daily to advance target customers along the selling cycle.
  4. Conduct hospital visits during surgical operations to promote Ethicon Surgery products, ensuring safe and effective use.
  5. Meet Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in hospitals to promote products with hands-on demos.
  6. Report sales performance regularly to the area sales manager and participate in sales reviews.
  7. Provide in-service training on company systems to HCPs (surgeons and nurses).
  8. Continuously expand product knowledge to represent our full product line professionally.
  9. Ensure customer satisfaction by educating on product applications, features, and benefits.
  10. Manage relationships and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Sciences or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the Medical Sector is beneficial.
  • Understanding of Key Account Management principles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Innovative, self-confident, and enthusiastic.
  • Experience in Gulf Countries is highly recommended.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
  • O.R and presentation skills are highly valued.
