Location

A resort-like sanctuary in Kuwait's heart, featuring modern Middle Eastern architecture, art, and spacious amenities. The hotel offers rooftop restaurants, leisure facilities, large guest rooms, and proximity to shopping and cultural sites.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule staff and manage payroll within budget guidelines.
  • Perform opening procedures, including setting up amenities and organizing service areas.
  • Conduct closing procedures at shift end.
  • Supervise restaurant operations ensuring service standards are met.
  • Use hotel computer systems for sales, checks, and revenue reports.
  • Order supplies needed for daily operations.
  • Train staff according to approved service standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role at a five-star luxury hotel in the Middle East.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Female candidates are highly preferred due to job responsibilities.
