Job Title: Administration & Commercial Secretary

General Trading and Contracting Company in Kuwait is seeking a highly skilled and energetic Administration & Commercial Secretary to join their Head Office team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and process letters of credit, pro notes, and other commercial documents.
  • Manage correspondence, answer phone calls, and screen visitors.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, documentation, and data management.
  • Assist with stock control activities and support the maintenance team.
  • Prepare monthly reports for management.
Qualification Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is highly preferred.
  • Minimum five years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
