Full job description

Develops sales forecasting and planning to sell the wooden products using technical, vendor, organizational and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying the factory assigned products to their needs, resulting in revenue generation and targets achievement.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develops and increases project timeline and revenue to meet assigned targets.
  • Participate in the marketing, market planning and technical development of products and services.
  • Develops the factory's client base by approaching target customers in target market and influence and assist them in applying the assigned products to their needs.
  • Build the right sales representation for each target customers segment (Engineering Consultancy firms, Manufacturers and Retailers)
  • Negotiates and prepares sales quotations and sales contact.
  • Provide product knowledge and training to retailers
  • Assisting customers sales staff when needed in preparing their technical and financial proposals, negotiating and closing their deals to engage and sell our products.
  • Creates customer awareness of our factory and other products and services to increase cross-selling opportunities.
  • Develops and maintains communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers using established guidelines.
  • Participates in providing inputs that might lead to the development of new products, modification of existing products and discontinuation of ineffective products.

Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in relevant field, preferably in management or interior design.
  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in a relevant industry.
  • Experience in woodworking industry is a MUST.
  • Should have good knowledge of MS Office, ERP system.
  • Should be self-driven, result oriented, innovative and creative.
  • Should have very good communication and should be proficient in presentations.
  • Should have problem solving ability.
  • Very good command of the Arabic and English language.

Job Type: Full-time
