Responsibilities


•Greet customers, understand their requirements, make recommendations and schedule test drive appointments if required.

•Answer all enquiries related to the product and promote vehicles appropriately as an advisor to the customer.

•Ensure accurate price and vehicle specs are communicated to customers; Explain and promote running programs or schemes.

•Provide details of various methods of payment / financing and insurance available to the customer along with required documentation.

•Carry out pre-delivery quality check before handing over the vehicle to the customer.

•Assist colleagues and foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration.

•Handle customer enquires in a prompt and effective manner and as per company policies & practices, and escalate issues to superior when necessary.
