Job Summary:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Kuwait City. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting solutions to meet their needs, and closing sales deals. They will also maintain and build relationships with existing clients, provide excellent customer service, and work towards meeting sales targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Generate Leads: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and other methods.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with the company's offerings.
  • Conduct Sales Presentations: Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients in a compelling and professional manner.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals, working towards the overall growth of the company.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Handle negotiations and objections, ensuring a smooth and successful close of sales deals.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management. Report on sales metrics and activities to the Sales Manager.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and communicate customer feedback to help improve product offerings and customer experience.

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • four: 2 years (Preferred)
