Responsibilities


•Provide administrative support

•Draft Memo's, Letters and Emails to send to inter departments

•Coordinate and schedule meetings & appointments

•Answer and transfer phone calls from suppliers or customers screening when necessary

•Call and Schedule interview with candidates, Coordinate with HR department for recruitment processes, for employee's petty cash salary, leave settlement, residence renewal, allowance etc.

•Scan all inter department records and maintain both hard and soft copies,

•Perform other general clerical and secretarial duties as assigned.
