Role SummaryOn behalf of Kuwait Drilling Fluids & Oil Services (KDF), we are seeking an experienced HR Performance & Rewards Specialist to lead the organization's performance management and rewards programs. This role encompasses the full KPI/KPO cycle, bonus and incentive administration, and provides data-driven insights to senior management. You will collaborate with VPs and the CEO, gaining exposure and opportunities to grow into a subject matter expert in Performance & Rewards.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the annual performance management cycle – KPI/KPO setting, monitoring, and reviews.
  • Support bonus, incentive, and reward allocations.
  • Build and maintain Excel trackers and performance dashboards for reporting purposes.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reports to HR and leadership.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure consistent and transparent practices.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of a digital performance management system.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the effectiveness of performance and reward programs.
Key Info
  • 5–8 years of HR experience in Performance Management and Rewards.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experienced in dashboards and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of KPI/KPO frameworks and reward cycles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical, self-driven, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • High level of discretion in handling confidential HR data.
