  • Supervise Commis II / III during mise-en-place and ensure section readiness before service.

  • Maintain product consistency temperature, texture, decoration, and garnish according to brand presentation photos.

  • Ensure HACCP compliance: temperature logs, expiry labels, storage rotation

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in international cafs, 4 or 5 hotels, or branded dessert concepts.

  • Hands-on experience in preparing: molten cakes, pancakes, waffles, fondue, cheesecakes, souffls, milkcakes, shakes, and plated desserts.
